I was seeking a slow-pitch softball bat, and a sales associate provided excellent assistance, addressing all my inquiries. Although the selection was limited, I ultimately located the item I needed. Additionally, I found the cleats I had intended to purchase from Amazon at Dick's. While the cost was slightly higher, I was able to leave with my Father's Day gift.

My daughter is preparing for deployment and we asked the cashier if they offer a military discount. The gentleman hesitated and answered no. Not sure if it was because we were women but my combat medic daughter could have shown her ID. Then he proceeded to ask if we would like to donate to whatever, get a Dicks credit card and whatnots. Uh, NO. When we left we asked AI if Dicks Sporting Goods offers military discounts and it said YES. The internet is always right. Right 🤣 Just wanted to express my disappointment. Other than that the store was clean well organized and the staff were kind. Thanks for listening (reading)

Will not be using online services ever again. Needed shirts for wife and I for our Daughters graduation party where she is going to Ole Miss. paid for expedited shipping so we would have in plenty of time for party. Wife’s shows up on Thursday and order was placed on Tuesday. My shirt however doesn’t show up until Saturday evening way after our daughter’s party. So yes Dad is the only one who shows up not supporting her. Went to dicks store no help, searched the mall and no luck as expected in Dayton Ohio. No tracking after Friday signed up for alerts and finally got a response out for delivery during party and delivered after party and 3 days late. No refund, no way to get the 14 dollars I paid for expedited delivery. Just like the rest of the big chains trash. Seems like customer service cost too much and this place is following suit. DO NOT BUY ONLINE HERE.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an interaction I had with your employee, Thomas. During my recent visit to purchase a bicycle and football gear, I found his behavior to be unprofessional and discourteous. Throughout the time I was attempting to make my purchase, I felt that he was being disrespectful and harassing toward both me and my friends. This experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of customer service I would expect. I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into to ensure a more respectful environment for customers in the future. Thank you for your attention to this issue. P.S, I will be back at some point to talk to Thomas..

Very disappointed with the management at this location. The customer service was poor and unprofessional. The experience did not feel welcoming or customer-focused at all. I also didn’t like the overall atmosphere of the store. Because of this experience, I will probably never visit this location again for any sporting goods purchases.
